Once the form is complete, be sure to print your application form and have a parent or guardian sign it if you are under the age of 18. Mail it to us at the following address.

COMPLETE ADMISSIONS PACKET
|

Upon receipt of your application, we will send reference forms to the individuals whom you have identified on your application. The next step is to send us your completed personal statement and an official copy of your most recent school transcript. In most cases, upon review of these materials, students are offered a provisional acceptance into the program pending a phone interview. Your deposit is due at this time to secure your berth aboard and proceed to the interview phase.

INTERVIEW
|

Download and review a copy of the Student Handbook and once the berth deposit has been received, a Sea|mester director will contact you for the phone interview. Formal acceptance into the program is typically given after this interview. Welcome aboard!

PLEASE NOTE: FOR THOSE APPLYING FOR TWO OR MORE VOYAGES |
| Any two consecutive voyages may be joined to form one extended program. In the interim between voyages, shipmates typically return home or may select to travel around the local area. In rare instances, and for an additional fee, students may be invited to stay aboard the vessel over a shorter layover period. Due to the limited number of berths available, Sea|mester is unable to extend discounts to those selecting to combine voyages. Please contact the Florida Office on 800.317.6789 (941.924.6789) for more information relative to double voyage enrollment, policies and terms. It is not possible to apply for two voyages on the same application form. |
