Leah is a native Cleveland, Ohio resident who grew up on the shores of Lake Erie.  Following her high school graduation she lived and studied for a year in Iceland. A University of Mary Washington alum, Leah majored in Geography in college.  During one of her college semesters, she joined the crew of S/Y Argo as a study abroad student looking to see the world from the water.  Now as a staff member with Sea|mester, Leah enjoys working with the program’s students, helping them learn the way of the mariner and explorer.  Leah holds IYT sailing and PADI diving certifications.
